Originally from a small town in the northeast of Scotland, I’ve been living in London for the last 10 years and am currently doing a 6-month stint in Mexico City.
After a brief period putting my Mechanical Engineering degree to use, I've spent most of the past 10 years working in early-stage and high-growth startups.
Instinctively curious and naturally drawn to solve problems, I’ve held various positions in my career, never setting out with a particular role in mind but instead focusing on finding passionate groups of people committed to doing good things.I’ve recently started studying for an MSc in Psychology alongside my work. In the future, I hope to begin practicing as a clinician with a focus on holistic approaches to healing that incorporate the use of breathwork and psychedelics.

I’ve spent the last decade immersed in the fast-paced world of tech start and scale-ups.
My journey has been squiggly… I studied French at university, lived and worked abroad, and even took a job at sea before diving into the industry.
Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse roles from teaching to sales, growth marketing, client success, project management, and leadership positions where I led global teams and initiatives.
Today I balance life as a Fractional Executive, GTM Advisor and accredited coach, partnering with early-stage companies to align people, purpose and performance. Transformative coaching has helped me learn to work and live ‘better’ and I am passionate about facilitating people on their own journeys to maximize both their individual and businesses’ potential (and enjoy the ride along the way)!
Outside of work, I’ll often be exploring South London, sampling new sounds at gigs and festivals, keeping my creative juices flowing with art, music and theatrical pursuits, attempting to stay fit with pilates and the like and packing in some travel from time to time.

I've spent the last decade navigating the intersections of athletic performance, personal development, and business strategy. After four transformative years immersed in tennis academies across the United States - coaching everyone from future professionals to passionate late-bloomers - I discovered my passion: helping individuals and organizations unlock their untapped potential.
Since jumping into B2B SaaS at Unmind, I've zigzagged through commercial roles from SDR to AE and Head of Sales- not chasing titles, searching for the most pressing and interesting problems. This search led me to my current focus and the biggest challenge faced by organisations today- efficient go to market and pipeline generation in a world of increased noise, AI and tightening budgets.
Away from work, my time is split between trail running, recuperating in the countryside from London life and an ongoing quest for the perfect cup of coffee.
